This park lies in between the big buildings, making it a nice place to escape the busy streets.

It is a memorial park for the victims of the massacre of the 28th February 1947, which plays an important part in Taiwan's history due to it marking the start of the White Terror as well as the Taiwanese independence movement.

You can find lots of benches to relax on or outdoor sports equipment to excercise with. The park has a playground for its younger visitors and if the weather is nice you can find some musicians playing in the park, next to some og the sculptures and artworks.

Next to the park is the National Taiwan Museum. The park is close to the Taipei Main Station, so you can walk there or take a bike.
